The reason this mastermind exists is because my clients inside 1000x Leads wanted one-on-one access to me to go more in-depth into their business.
I have over 500 clients inside 1000x Leads doing over $315 milliion in combined annual revenue across 125 different niches and 35 different countries.
This mastermind focuses on the five pillars that businesses and business owners need to scale:
1. Lead generation
2. Operations
3. Employee hiring and training
4. Systems and automations
5. Personal behavior change

This mastermind is for business owners doing over $500k per year. It will work for absolutely every business, but about 80% of mastermind members are agencies.

This mastermind goes over the five pillars mentioned earlier. You will have two thirty minute one-on-one calls per month, daily text support via Whatsapp and Slack, weekly live Q&A calls, and once we pass 100 mastermind members, we will have four in-person live events per year (free for mastermind members).
When you join, you will get two one-on-one calls per month. You will schedule those yourself based on my personal Calendly link.
You will also get my phone number and I will open up a chat on Slack and Whatsapp for 24/7 text-based support.
The weekly live Q&A call will be on Wednesdays at 2pm EST.
All of the one-on-one consulting will be done online via Zoom, and in the future, the mastermind events will be held in cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Austin, Miami, London, Dubai and Singapore.
The community aspect of the mastermind is based on Slack.
It is a lot easier to achieve a goal (in this case scaling your business) with a guide. I have done this before. You can learn from my experience and my mistakes to accelerate your progress by 5+ years in comparison to figuring it all out on your own.
You can think of me as your guide and business partner in this mastermind. I will be going deep into your business with you in a one-on-one fashion. I will provide two types of advice:
1. Standardized advice which is advice that applies to every single business. These are systems to build, assets to create, and things like that.
2. Custom tailored advice which is advice that applies to your specific business. These are offers, products, operations stuff, hiring stuff, sales process stuff, and things like that.
My goal for us is to work together long-term (12+ months). I want to be with you every step of the way because I find this type of consulting work interesting and I make a lot of money doing so.
My goal for you is to grow your business by at least 3x within 12 months of working together. This is not that difficult. If we can improve your lead gen by 50%, operations by 50%, employee hiring and training by 50%, systems and automations by 50% and your personal habits and behavior by 50%, that would 7.5x your business because all these things compound on each other.
We only need to achieve half of those results to 3x your business.
